About The Program

Our Workers’ Rights Program provides:
1. Education on workplace rights for all workers, regardless of immigration status.
2. Support for reporting wage theft, unsafe conditions, or retaliation.
3. Resources to access paid sick leave, workers’ compensation, and state protections.
4. Culturally informed outreach for South Asian community members.
