Sabrina earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University in NYC. She has worked with Monte Nido in New York, Los Angeles, and Malibu at the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. With extensive experience in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, women’s issues, and trauma, Sabrina brings a well-rounded approach to her work.
Previously, she volunteered in Indonesia as a Mental Health Activity Support Worker. As an activist therapist, she is deeply passionate about decolonization and is committed to advocating for individuals facing racism and oppression.
Her work focuses on dismantling systemic injustices and uplifting marginalized voices. Sabrina is fluent in English and Urdu.
