
Ayesha earned her Master’s in Public Health, focusing in Healthcare Management from Emory University (Atlanta, GA). During her master’s program, she worked with the Georgia Department of Public Health focusing on worksite wellness. In addition, she has worked for non-profit organizations like the International Rescue Committee where she helped refugees navigate through the healthcare system, find employment and reach self-sufficiency. She has also served as a member of AmeriCorp to help provide after-school supplemental learning during COVID to Title 1 elementary schools in Roswell, GA.
Ayesha is fluent in several languages including English, Hindi and Urdu. As a new resident of CA, she is honored to be a part of SAN as a Community Outreach Coordinator and make a difference in the Southern California South Asian community.
