Community Health Fair

SAN is hosting a health fair that includes free screenings for: mammograms, dental, bone density, vision, glucose, blood pressure, and BMI. Mammograms must be scheduled in advance at www.alineamed.com/sanhf. There will also be free health plan enrollment for: flu shots, vaccinations, produce distribution, and more.
