The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for community members. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized, and culturally responsive office environment while supporting staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet community members, conduct intakes, and route requests appropriately
- Answer phone and email inquiries and manage general communications
- Support leadership with scheduling, records, onboarding, and administrative systems
- Maintain organized files, supplies, equipment, and office operations
- Assist with events, outreach, and internal coordination as needed
