South Asian Network offers regular in-office citizenship clinics as well as field clinics. All services are free of charge. We provide professional support as you complete your naturalization application as well as consultation with an attorney. We are prepared to assist you in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati.

Citizenship Requirements

  • Be atleast 18 years old
  • Be a legal permanent resident for atleast 5 years (3 if married to a US citizen)
  • Have resided continuously in the United States for 30 months of the last 5 years
  • Have the basic ability to read, write and speak English

What to Bring:
Necessary Documents:

  • Green card
  • Social Security Card
  • Passport
  • CA ID or driver’s license
  • If you have any criminal charges, bring your court disposition

Necessary Information:

  • Your work and/or school and home addresses for the last 5 years
  • Dates on which you have been outside the US in the last 5 years
  • Names, addresses and birth dates of your children
  • If you are currently or previously married, the name and birth date of your spouse and your date of marriage (and the day it ended, if no longer married)

Get help with filling out the Naturalization Application (N400) and full or partial Fee Waiver (I912 or I942)
