Citizenship Workshop – Friday, May 31st, 2013 at The Islamic Center of South Bay

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is excited to host alongside South Asian Network (SAN) a series of citizenship workshops. Immigration is a critical concern in our community we continue to expand and welcome individuals from across the globe. It is essential that we are aware of not just how the policies affect us but of the free services and resources available for our families and friends.

Our next clinic will be on May 31st from 5:30-9pm at the Islamic Center of South Bay.

At the citizenship workshop, CAIR and SAN staff, pro bono attorneys, and trained volunteers will help individuals complete the Application for Naturalization (Form N-400) and assess eligibility for various waivers. In addition to filing out N-400s, CAIR will be providing information about the naturalization process and how immigration policies affect the Muslim American community.

Please contact SAN if you would like to make an appointment for the workshop at 562-403-0488 ext 130
